This Cabernet Sauvignon is complex with layers of cherry, plum, cassis, hints of chocolate and a touch of earthy truffles. It explodes on the palate with a mouthful of ripe cherries. Try it with a juicy filet mignon or even a piece of chocolate!

This wine is made in a classic Burgundian style, layer upon layer of fruits such as blackberry and wild forest strawberry. It’s perfectly balanced, with layers of complexity and smokiness. Soft as satin on the palate with rich fruit flavors of  dark morello cherry and strawberry , hints of truffles and tobacco and good acidity.  This Pinot will provide a good counterpoint to a fine roast leg of Lamb or Goose or simply on its own. It will age gracefully, gaining additional complexity with patient cellaring.

This lively rose, made from predominantly  the south block of our pinot noir,vineyard  has fragrant aromas of fresh strawberries and orange zest, with wisps of cherry blossom. The flavors are soft and round. The perfect wine for summer sipping, light antipasti or paired with a salad of pecans and strawberries over spinach. The juice was drained from skins after 3 hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature. The wine has a wonderful salmon colour and is completely bone dry.

This wine consists of individual blocks of clones 877, Shiraz1, Hermitage , Beaucastle and 174 clones. This wine possesses the meaty, mineral and black pepper components that are the hallmark of our cooler climate Syrah. It is a beautiful black/purple color with aromatics and flavors of wild blackberry and cassis with hints of roasted herbs de Provence and spice. Great with grilled meats such as a nice juicy Pork Chop or one of my favorites a classic Casoulet
